My name is Marion Bisset and I am the Clerical Officer for SPAEN.  I have the direct responsibility for the organisations Disclosure Service which entails keeping up to date with any policy changes and reflecting those changes within our governing documents.  I maintain all the registers with regards to disclosures and ensure that all documentation is safeguarded in line with data protection laws.  I also have the responsibility for assisting with the maintenance of the Advice and Indemnity Scheme and liaising directly with those who are currently on the scheme to ensure that they are compliant.  I provide first line clerical support to the Project Co-ordinator and Manager and assist the Project Co-ordinator with the development of the website.  I have been in post since March 2003.  If you need to contact me please do so via email or the number stated above.
