Norma Daly and Jim Craig are associate members of SPAEN who manage Self Directed Support packages on behalf of, in Norma's case, her husband Chris and in Jim's case, his two sons Stuart and Peter.  Chris, Stuart and Peter are full members.  Norma and Jim have made this video for 'YouTube' telling of the support they have personally experienced since joining SPAEN.
