Training

SPAEN's new training programmes look at the development of interpersonal skills from an employment law perspective.  This involves being able to deal with personnel issues in a confident and competent manner.  Attending training for potential employers, whether you are the SDS recipient or the person working on their behalf is crucial to the overall success of Self Directed Support.  The sessions are as follows:
