Making a Complaint

We hope that you always have a positive experience but should you be dissatisfied with any service or interaction, you can raise your concerns using our formal complaints procedure.

Cancelling YOUR SPAEN Membership

We hope that you will continue as a member of SPAEN and we would be delighted to continue arranging your Public, Employer’s and Liability Insurances on your behalf but should you decide to do this yourself, you can cancel your membership.
