We are NOT able to promote Job Adverts for our members personally, but we do offer some advice for when you go to place your advert:
•The GOV.UK website offers a service where you can advertise jobs (This has replaced Universal Jobmatch) https://www.gov.uk/advertise-job.
•If you are thinking of using websites then we suggest using the larger/well known websites as they will receive more traffic from jobseekers.
•Be careful about how much personal information you put on the advert, remember this information is open to the public.
•Consider setting up a separate email account for your Recruitment Process and put this email address on the advert for receiving applications. Once you have filled the post you can keep the account for future use or close it if you want.
